Stakeholder management is a common aspect of project management. SNA approach to stakeholder management is from the perspective of business and IT alignment instead pure people management perspective. In this area SNA takes all the business and technical requirements based on organization business need, standard & regulatory compliance need and creates a method by means of scenario analysis to identify stakeholder need, acceptability, interest and risk. A heat map or spectrum for stakeholder analysis is generated based on their class. Their inputs are incorporated in trade-off analysis in a way that a common user can also understand the use of his inputs so that his/her interest is elevated in current initiative.
